2-10 business days depending on order volume. Your order is shipped immediately once your sign is complete.

Shipping Policy?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for missing, damaged, or stolen packages once your order has been shipped. All orders will include insurance. If any of the mentioned shipping issues occur you can contact the shipping carrier and receive a refund. Same-day shipping for ready-to-ship orders placed before 5pm EST.

Do your offer repair?

Yes if your sign is repairable, it will be a repair fee of $120. You will have to send the sign back to our address, which we will provide. Email jdaviah@yahoo.com for repairs or other customer support.

Refund Policy?

If there is an issue with your sign that’s caused by us, we can offer you a free repair. All sales are final.
